This Clay-pot Yogurt recipe is traditional way to prepare thick creamy yogurt and taste unique

Ingredients
- Milk Full cream - 4 cups
- Yogurt culture - 2 thsp
- Dry red chilies 2 ( optional )
Directions
- Step 1 First step boil the milk in the pan in low flame .
- Step 2 It takes about 10 minutes allow to boil completely
- Step 3 Remove from the flame allow to cool.
- Step 4 When the milk is slightly warm add the culture mix well close with the lid.
- Step 5 Place near the kitchen counter top after an hour add the dry red chilies if desired.
- Step 6 Awesome yogurt ready within few hours then refrigerate for 2 hours .
- Step 7 Creamy tasty Clay-pot Yogurt is ready for serve
