Spring Falooda / Pista RoseMilk Falooda / Homemade Falooda Cold Dessert Delight

Pista Rose Milk Falooda is my creation for this spring season blended with Rose Milk mixture cooked in milk. Falooda is cold dessert blended with chia / Basil seeds, Falooda sev/ Vermicelli ,Green Jello, Sugar sprinkles, Broken nuts , Pink candies , Golden sprinkles ,Pistachio Ice cream topped with green cherry. Its delicious layered dessert Delight.

Ingredients
- Falooda sev /Vermicelli - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 2 cups
- Rose Milk Powder - 2 thsp
- Granulated Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Edible Rose Petals - few
- Rose water - 1 tsp
- Green Jello - 1/2 cup
- Basil seeds/ Sabza - 1/2 cup
- (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- For Toppings:
- Rose syrup - 2 tsp
- Sugar sprinkles- 2 tsp
- Golden sprinkles- 2 tsp
- Broken nuts - 1/4 cup
- Pink candies - 1/2 cup
- Edible Rose Buds - few (optional)
- Green Cherry -1
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a pan add milk allow it to boil then add rose milk powder mix well boil for 5 minutes keep stirring with the spatula at regular intervals.
- Step 2 Next add Falooda sev to the Rose Milk mixture cook until the sev softens mixture gets to semi consistency finally add rose water and edible rose petals to the mixture.
- Step 3 Allow the mixture to cool completely refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
- Step 4 Green Jello is prepared one day prior.
- Step 5 For serving:
- Step 6 Take a clear glassware first step add green jello , Basil seeds, Falooda sev ,Rose Milk mixture, Rose syrup, Basil seeds, Jello then the toppings Sugar sprinkles, broken nuts ,golden sprinkles, pink candies, Rose Buds , pistachio Ice cream and cherry.
- Step 7 Falooda is ready for serve.
