This stuffed Bell Pepper Recipe is very famous in North Indian cuisine blended with boiled potatoes, Green Bell Peppers along with ingredients to enhance the taste and texture.

Ingredients
  • Bell peppers- 4
  • Boiled potatoes -4
  • Cumin seeds- 2 thsp
  • Onions chopped-2
  • Green chilies chopped-2
  • Ginger chopped- 1 thsp
  • Coriander powder- 2 thsp
  • Red chilies powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1tsp
  • Dry mango powder- 1 /4 tsp
  • Salt - 1tsp
  • Oil - 2thsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a pan add oil allow it become hot add cumin seeds fry for 2 minutes then add green chilies, ginger stir for few minutes then add chopped onions fry for 3 minutes then add salt cook till onions turns translucent.
  • Step 2 Next step add dry masalas coriander powder. Red chilies powder, turmeric powder and Dry mango powder fry for few minutes.
  • Step 3 At this point add boiled mashed potatoes mix well with the mixture cook for 5 minutes then close the lid cook for 2 minutes so that all the masalas are mixed well.
  • Step 4 Remove the lid add coriander leaves cook for a minute add salt if required at this point.
  • Step 5 Take the Bell Peppers scoop out the center portion with sharp knife then discard seeds inside add the potato stuffing then close with top knob repeat the process for rest of the Capsicum.
  • Step 6 Take a pan add oil 2 thsp place all the stuffed bell peppers in medium flame close the lid allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Step 7 Keep removing the lid flip each bell peppers to cook uniformly in all sides to roasted brownish color.
  • Step 8 Finally, Stuffed Capsicum gets to soft texture cooked evenly in all sides serve with Rotis and Naans.
