This Chapathi Recipe is unique blended with few ingredients taste yum. The process is quick and easy unlike regular Rotis due to secret ingredients .

Ingredients
  • Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Yogurt- 2 thsp
  • canola oil - 1/4 cup
  • Lukewarm water - 1/4 cup
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a bowl add wheat flour 2 cup along with salt , sugar , yogurt, oil – 2tsp mix well with spatula then knead the dough by adding water little by little gently kneading the dough to semi soft texture.
  • Step 2 Note don’t knead dough hard .
  • Step 3 Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes close the dough with lid .
  • Step 4 After 15 minutes again knead the dough for 2 minutes then take a lemon size ball with the help of rolling pin roll the Chapathi in circular shape uniformly thin layer on all sides .
  • Step 5 Repeat the process for rest of dough mixture place the rolled Chapathi in a plate.
  • Step 6 Take a nonstick pan allow it become hot keep flame on high then place a Chapathi on the hot griddle / pan cook for few seconds then slowly bubbles form on the lower layer immediately flip to other side apply oil with brush or spoon then flip other side apply oil.
  • Step 7 Cook for 2 minutes until light brown in color appear don’t burnt it .
  • Step 8 Transfer all the cooked Soft Chapathi in a paper towel.
  • Step 9 Serve as sides for veg and non-vegetarian curries.
