Crispy Banana Chips

This Chip is very famous in South Indian cuisine crispy appetizer.

Ingredients
- Raw Banana- 4
- Turmeric powder- 2tsp
- Saltwater- 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil- 2thsp
Directions
- Step 1 The first step take a plate place paper towel then peel the skin of banana scrape it to thin slices place on the paper towel as moisture is absorbed.
- Step 2 Meanwhile take a pan add a generous amount of oil allow to become hot in the medium flame then drop the sliced banana sliced (small bowl add turmeric powder, salt, and water mix well)
- Step 3 Add 2tsp of the mixture in the oil fry the banana chips to crispy takes 3 to 4 minutes depends. Then add 2thsp of coconut oil to enhance the taste in the oil.
- Step 4 Transfer the banana chips on a paper towel.
- Step 5 Keep in airtight Container.
