Mango Kulfi

This summer Delight is made with fresh mangoes 🥠along with few ingredients and taste yum like store bought Kulfi.

Ingredients
- Kulfi moulds
- Large Ripe Mangoes chopped- 2
- Cold Milk - 1/4 Cup
- Khoya - 1/2 cup
- Granulated Sugar- 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
- Mango Extract ( Essence) - 1/4 tsp optional
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a blender add chopped mangoes, granulated sugar and cold milk 🥛 1/4 cup blend to smooth texture pour in a wide bowl.
- Step 2 At this point Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp , khoya to the mango purée mix with spatula to smooth texture without lumps .
- Step 3 Take a spatula mix vigorously for 3 minutes to smooth creamy texture lastly add mango extract ( Essence) optional 1/4 tsp .
- Step 4 Next take Kulfi moulds or plastic moulds pour the mango mixture then with aluminum foil seal the top takes sharp knife make a silt in middle then close the Kulfi lid.
- Step 5 Repeat the process for all Kulfi moulds then refrigerate the mango Kulfis after 2 hours remove the Kulfi moulds insert Ice-cream sticks in the silt then refrigerate the Kulfis for 6 hours. If using plastic moulds allow to refrigerate for 8 hours.
- Step 6 After 8 hours take a bowl add 1/4 water insert the Kulfi remove the aluminum foil slowly rotate the Ice-cream stick remove the Mango Kulfi.
- Step 7 Mango Kulfi is ready for serving.
