This recipe is very famous street food blended with potato stuffing along with Chutney served with Buns.

Ingredients
  • Boiled Large Potatoes - 3
  • Onions chopped-2
  • Peanuts- 1/2 cup
  • Pomegranates - 1/2 cup
  • Sev - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped- 1/2 cup
  • Sweet Chutney - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic pods -6
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder- 2 thsp
  • Lime juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili powder- 2 tsp
  • Dabeli Masala- 2tsp
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup
  • Pav Bhaji Buns / Dinner Rolls
  • Topping - green cherry ( optional)
  • Oil
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a small pan add oil 2tsp along with dry peanuts fry in medium flame for 5 minutes until raw smell leaves then add salt a pinch along with Red Chili powder 1/2 tsp mix well fry for few seconds remove from flame allow to cool keep aside.
  • Step 2 Garlic Chutney:
  • Step 3 Take a blender add garlic pods , Kashmiri red Chili powder- 1 tsp , lime juice 1/4 tsp , oil – 1tsp, salt – 1/4 tsp blend to smooth texture ( add little water if desired) keep aside.
  • Step 4 Take a pan add ghee 2 thsp allow it to melt in medium flame add chopped onions 1/2 cup fry for 3 minutes until onions turn translucent.
  • Step 5 At this point add mashed boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, red Chili powder, Dabeli masala powder mix vigorously for 2 minutes then add 2 thsp water , salt cook the potato mixture to semi thick texture for 3 minutes.
  • Step 6 Next step removes from flame transfer on a plate then sprinkle sev on top of the mixture, roasted peanuts, pomegranates and few coriander leaves.
  • Step 7 Take the Dinner Rolls first apply garlic Chutney on both sides, Sweet Chutney if desired.
  • Step 8 Next take the potatoes mixture place at bottom layer top with few chopped onions, pomegranate and peanuts close the lid.
  • Step 9 Repeat the process for all the desired buns.
  • Step 10 Now take a flat pan add ghee 2 tsp place the Kutchi Dabeli cook in medium flame for 2 minutes flipping slowly to cook uniformly on both sides then transfer on a plate garnish with sev, chopped onions, green cherry, pomegranates serve immediately.
  • Step 11 Enjoy cooking the tasty crunchy yummicious snack.
