This sweet delight is unique blended with fresh pumpkin 🎃 flavors are added along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste and texture to the recipe.

Ingredients
  • Fresh Pumpkin Scrapped - 1.5 cup
  • Milk Powder - 1 cup
  • Granulated Sugar- 1 cup ( add accordingly)
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp OR Pumpkin Pie Spice - pinch ( optional)
  • Orange color- 2 drops
  • Ghee - 2 thsp.
Directions
  • Step 1 First grease a tray with melted ghee keep aside.
  • Step 2 Take a blender add Scrapped pumpkin along with 2 thsp milk grind to smooth texture.
  • Step 3 Next step take a wide pan add ghee 2 thsp allow to melt in medium flame then add pumpkin mixture mix well with spatula fry for 5 minutes until the raw smell leaves.
  • Step 4 Next add milk powder, milk and granulated sugar , orange color , pumpkin pie or cardamom powder keep stirring all the ingredients vigorously at regular intervals to approximately 5 to 6 minutes until the mixture gets to thick consistency leaves the pan.
  • Step 5 Transfer to the greased pan flatten uniformly allow the pumpkin Burfi to cool completely.
  • Step 6 Garnish with edible Rose Petals and then with sharp knife make desired slices and serve.
  • Step 7 Delicious Pumpkin Burfi is ready.
  • Step 8 Note: Add only one flavoring agent either Pumpkin pie spice or Cardamom powder.
