This recipe is popular street food indo Chinese style blended with few ingredients serves as sides with veg and non veg curries.

Ingredients
  • Cooked Rice (75 % ) - 2 cups
  • Garlic pods - 4
  • Spring onion Greens - 1 /2 cup
  • Carrot 🥕- 1 /4 ( chopped)
  • Green Beans- 1 /4 cup ( chopped)
  • Green Peppers ( Capsicum) - thin sliced
  • Red Peppers ( optional)
  • Black Pepper Powder- 2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 2 tsp ( accordingly)
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Canola oil - 2 thsp
  • Spring onion greens chopped- Garnish
Directions
  • Step 1 First step take a wide bottom wok add generous amount of oil let the oil become hot then add garlic pods 4 sauté in medium flame until the garlic changes its color to light brown then discard it .
  • Step 2 At this point add spring onion greens fry for few seconds then add fresh green beans and carrots chopped sauté with spatula.
  • Step 3 Then add green peppers and red peppers
  • Step 4 Now add black pepper powder- 1 tsp along with salt – 1 tsp cook for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame. Do not overcook the vegetables.
  • Step 5 Next step add the cooked rice keep the flame high keep stirring vigorously add a little black pepper powder and salt accordingly.
  • Step 6 Now keep the flame medium mix all the ingredients well make sure no lumps in the vegetable fried rice .
  • Step 7 Cook the fried Rice for 3 to 4 minutes add sugar 1 tsp finally sprinkle spring onion greens cook for few more minutes.
  • Step 8 Finally, transfer to desired serving bowl serve with Vege or non-veg curries.
