This recipe is popular summer coolant drink in Indian cuisine blended with mangoes, yogurt, sugar, dry fruits and rosewater (optional)along with few additional ingredients to enhance the taste and texture to the recipe.

Ingredients
  • Ripe Mangoes (chopped) pulp - 4
  • Or
  • Instant Alphonso / kesar Mango pulp - 1/2 cup.
  • Granulated Sugar- 2 tbsp.
  • Yogurt - 1 cup.
  • Rose water - 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Ice cubes - few
  • Pistachios- few
  • Edible Rose Petals- few
Directions
  • Step 1 Take a blender add chopped mangoes, granulated sugar, yogurt, rose water, ice cubes blend to smooth consistency.
  • Step 2 Transfer in container keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes then serve in desired way.
