This recipe of Pudina Raitha is a creamy coolant summer dish blended with yogurt, mint leaves, cilantro along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste to the recipe.
Ingredients
- Thick Yogurt ( chilled) - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh mint leaves - 1 bunch
- Fresh Cilantro Leaves - 1 bunch
Directions
- Step 1 Meanwhile churn or beat the yogurt to smooth consistency with the whisk at this point add the blended mixture to the yogurt whisk it for few seconds.
- Step 2 At this point add the red chili powder , Chaat masala , salt , black salt and cumin powder mix all the ingredients transfer in a serving bowl .
- Step 3 Pudina Raitha is ready for serving garnish by adding pinch of red chili powder , cumin powder and Fresh mint leaves.
- Step 4 Finally refrigerate Pudina Raitha for an hour and serve with Pulao or Rotis .
